We are looking for Product Managers who can manage the development of breathtaking mobile games!
Main Responsibilities:
- Planning and organizing the pipeline of hyper-casual development process from MVP stage to the final product release,
- Researching and analyzing hyper-casual market Daily,
- Developing new hyper-casual game ideas as a part of strategy team,
- Being responsible for creation and execution of plans and procedures for projects,
- Writing the game documentation including UI/UX suggestions, references of competing games, main user flows and wireframe prototypes in detail,
- Working together with the development and art team and organizing them for planning and setting up new features & updates after release,
- Preparing daily and weekly schedules across the teams by using various time management tools to organize the production stage,
- Preparing game event log and analyzing data to provide insights on game features;
- Preparing and executing A/B tests and reporting on the key findings,
- Designing, balancing and aiming to continuously improve engagement, retention, and monetization,
- Ensuring weekly/monthly revenue targets are met;
- Reviewing competing games to stay on top of the market trends in in-game marketing.
Desired Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree with project management thesis or similar,
- Excellent speaking and verbal English skills,
- Great communication skills, effective listener and pioneer mind set,
- Strong interest and passion for gaming; knowledge of mobile games,
- 1+ year experience in a similar position is a must have,
- Experience in gaming company is great to have,
- Strong analytical skills,
- Good Knowledge in statistics, data analysis, SQL knowledge is a plus,
- Excellent communication skills and highly organized person.
