Your mission as a Talent Acquisition Manager is to look out for and bring in the best talent to Creasaur, which is undoubtedly the most important part of a successful talent management cycle. Moreover, as part of the People and Culture Team, you’ll be taking on diverse talent and culture projects within the team, which will give you an opportunity for growth, if you are also passionate about learning different sub-functions of human resources.

Location: Ankara, Turkey

Main Responsibilities

  • Strategize and execute on hiring plans to bring top talents onboard,
  • Manage end-to-end recruiting process with self-responsibility to fill Creasaur’s vacant positions for various departments, while keeping an eye on key metrics like time and cost to hire as well as offer rejection rate and wrong recruitment,
  • Proactively source candidates through a variety of search methods (job postings, referrals, personal networks, social media, etc.) with a sense of urgency to meet our hiring targets,
  • Conduct market research, develop competitive intelligence on the industry, talent, and compensation trends,
  • Be Creasaur’s first point of contact for potential candidates, who creates the first impression and paves the way to a joyful recruitment experience, which we find very important,
  • Bring in our best practice approaches to provide excellent candidate experience and work on development areas based on candidate feedback,
  • Planning and organizing trainings and workshops considering the needs of the team,
  • Excited by the idea of building things from ground up.

Desired skills & qualifications

  • We’re looking for someone who has/is;
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in talent acquisition and passion for recruitment,
  • Experience in full-cycle recruiting, sourcing and employer branding,
  • A team player personality with positive energy, strong work ethic, go-getter attitude, and endless desire to learn and develop,
  • Ability to be flexible in a constantly changing startup environment,
  • Fluent in English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills, as we are in search of great talent from all around the world,
